“In a Wonderland they lie, Dreaming as the days go by, Dreaming as the summers die: Ever drifting down the stream-lingering in the golden gleam-Life, what is it but a dream?” - Lewis Carroll
Three weeks after her father passed away Jordan Kennedy was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of bone cancer. Jordan courageously fought with everything she had. 9 months after her diagnosis Jordan’s soul found peace from the pain of her mortal body. This image was created a week prior to her passing. At the photo shoot she was in a lot of pain, so much so that she could barely put on the Alice dress. Despite the pain she wanted to be a part of this project and so she fought through the pain. So together we imagined a land, where pain and hurt did not exist. A place where her father was waiting with open arms, a place she could find peace. Her wonderland.
